RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Braided Bliss, we are deeply committed to providing high-quality, non-toxic, pre-sectioned braiding hair that meets the highest standards of care and hygiene. Due to the nature of our product and for health and safety reasons, we maintain a strict No Return Policy. Because our hair products are hygienic items, we cannot guarantee the quality, storage conditions, or potential exposure to external substances once they leave our facility. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we are always here to support our customers. Refunds or replacements may be considered under the following limited circumstances:
1. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos as proof of the issue. Once reviewed and verified, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
2. Incorrect Items Sent
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund once the incorrect product is returned to us.
3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your order does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We will work closely with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the matter.
